Care
Auto injury care
An exam and a plan for drivers and passengers after a crash, with PIP and the bill explained first. Your doctor works alongside your physician and explains the risks before any neck adjustment.

What a visit includes, and what it does not
What a visit includes
A talk about what happened, a hands-on exam, x-rays only when medically necessary, and a plan your doctor explains. Our claims coordinator handles the PIP paperwork.
How long and how often
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam and reviews it with you as you go. We do not promise a number of visits.
What we do not claim
We do not say how long recovery takes or that care will fix a problem. We do not advise on a claim or a settlement.
When to see a physician first
Get checked by a physician first after a crash, and before booking if you have a sudden severe headache, new weakness or numbness, or chest pain.
PIP and auto medical coverage for visits they cover, many health plans, or you. You get the cost in writing first.
Questions about this care
Do I need to see a physician first?
If you are hurt, yes. Emergency care comes first. Your doctor here works alongside your physician.
Will you adjust my neck?
Only if your doctor thinks it fits after the exam. Your doctor explains the risks before any neck adjustment, and you can say no.
Ask us when you are ready
Call the front desk or send a note. We answer the way you ask.
- A sudden severe headache or neck pain, dizziness, trouble speaking or seeing, new weakness or numbness, numbness in the groin or saddle area (between the legs and buttocks), or new bladder or bowel trouble needs emergency care now. Call 911 or go to an emergency room.
