After a crash
Emergency care first. Then us, if you choose.
We never call or write to people about a crash. Florida law limits that kind of contact, and we do not do it. If you find us yourself, this is how we work.

- Hurt or unsure? Call 911 or go to an emergency room before anything else.
Five steps, in this order
- 01
Get checked
An emergency room, urgent care or your physician. Some injuries do not hurt right away.
- 02
Report the crash
Tell your auto insurer and ask about PIP. Keep your claim number.
- 03
Choose who treats you
It is your choice. A chiropractor is one option, and your physician can help you decide.
- 04
Contact us when you decide
Call or send a note. Our front desk explains how the bill works before you book.
- 05
Your plan, after the exam
Your doctor sets a plan after the exam. You can say no to any part of it.
What we do, and what we never do
We do
Explain the bill before the visit
Work alongside your physician
Give you records and itemized bills on request
We never
Call or write to people about a crash
Promise anything about a claim
Advise you on a settlement or pick your attorney
Questions after a crash
How soon should I come in?
When you decide. Get checked by a physician first if you have any doubt. Your auto policy may set a window to begin care, so check it or ask your insurer.
Who pays for my visits?
Often PIP, for care it covers. The PIP bill guide shows the steps.
Call when you are ready
Or send a note. We answer the way you ask.
